The RCH1000 is a unique regular-giving program that raises funds for Melbourne Children's (made up of The Royal Children's Hospital and its campus partner, Murdoch Childrens Research Insitute). 

The aim of RCH1000 is simple. To support Melbourne Children's pursuit of more effective cures and treatments for childhood and adolescent diseases. 

It also assists the hospital by providing funds to attract the most committed and passionate practitioners to become leaders in their fields.

Peter Hitchener is one of Australia's longest serving television news presenters, and is seen nighty on Nine News, Melbourne. Peter says he is extremely fortunate to be involved in a number of community initiatives including being Patron of Able Australia, Dogs Victoria, supporter of Barwon Health, Eastern Health network and is an Ambassador for the Lort Smith Animal Hospital.

RCH1000 donors commit to making an annual tax deductible donation of $1,000 per donor. They are part of an active, vibrant community supporting The Melbourne Children's.
