On Thursday 13 October 2022, Sue Hunt, Chief Executive Officer, The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation, hosted the Spotlight on Surgery event with special guest Mr Mike O’Brien, Chief of Surgery at the RCH.
The event was an insight into the impact of philanthropy on surgery at the hospital and the many ways in which your support is helping to change the future of paediatric surgery.
Mike’s presentation was both engaging and given with good humour, providing attendees with a rare behind the scenes glimpse of how much surgery has progressed over the years, as well as an indicator of where paediatric surgery may be headed in the future
