RCH1000 is guided by a volunteer committee of dedicated philanthropists.
Barry Novy OAM, Chairman
Barry Novy has a long established relationship with the hospital, having previously been Chairman of the RCH Foundation, a Board member of the hospital and more recently Chairman of the Children’s Bioethics Centre Development Board.
Barry commenced the role in August 2016.
Ben Walker, Deputy Chair
Ben Walker has been a member of RCH1000 since 2019. Having spent a lot of time at the RCH with his younger brother who was born with a genetic liver disorder, Ben has seen first hand the great work of the hospital. As a father of two boys, he is dedicated to supporting an institution that improves the lives of children.
Ben commenced the role in 2020.
